Q: What are your hours of operation? Answer: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm CT) Closed on weekends & holidays.

Q: What is your turnaround time? Answer: Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

Q: What method of payment do you take? Answer: I accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Q: What is your refund/exchange policy? Answer: All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges. I will only accept returns if the product is defective, however returns for other reasons are not acceptable. Please double check sizes, colors, spelling (custom orders) and all other information you enter before placing an order.

Q: How does your clothing run size wise? Answer: All brands run differently, I ask that you order the size your child wears. This will make it easier to adjust a correct size measurement. Most of our custom shirts are Rabbit Skins or Bella brand.

Q: How do you ship your items? Answer: All our products are shipped in a sturdy box and tissue paper to ensure high quality. We use USPS flat rate shipping at $3.99 on all orders unless RUSH SERVICE is requested or prder is specified differently.
